Why isnt Fart Buddies working?!?

Whenever I try to make a new account (I just got this app) and click on the buttons for the policy and the other one it just shows a blank screen, and also when I just try to forget about it it doesnt work. Please help, makers of the game!!! Otherwise its fine-- I can hear sound. Really, though, its annoying!
